Brittyn Heisler, CAE

Brittyn Heisler is the Executive Director of Women of Asphalt, leading national efforts to advance workforce development, mentorship, and industry engagement. As the organization’s first full-time Executive Director, she has helped expand its national reach, strengthen partnerships, and grow a thriving network of members and state branches.

A Certified Association Executive (CAE), Brittyn is passionate about creating meaningful programs, connecting people, and opening doors for the next generation of the asphalt workforce. She is actively involved with the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and serves on the Boards of Directors for the Florida Society of Association Executives (FSAE) and Pace Center for Girls, Clay.

Outside of work, Brittyn enjoys traveling, hiking with her husband, Jason, and is rarely without a cup of coffee in hand. She is driven by a simple belief: there is a place for everyone in the asphalt industry, regardless of their experience or background.
