Professional Bio
Brittyn Heisler is the Executive Director of Women of Asphalt, leading national efforts to advance workforce development, mentorship, and industry engagement. As the organization’s first full-time Executive Director, she has helped expand its national footprint, strengthen partnerships, and grow a thriving network of members and state branches.
A Certified Association Executive (CAE), Brittyn brings a strong background in association leadership. Her focus: creating meaningful programs, connecting people, and opening doors for the next generation of the asphalt workforce.
Brittyn is passionate about people and the power of connection. She believes mentorship, visibility, and community are key to building a stronger workforce. She is actively involved in both the American Society of Association Executives and the Florida Society of Association Executives. She also serves as a Board Member for the Pace Center for Girls, Clay where she supports young women through education and opportunity.
Outside of work, Brittyn enjoys traveling, staying active, and is rarely without a cup of coffee in hand. She is driven by a simple belief: there is a place for everyone in the asphalt industry.
