Overview
The Women of Asphalt Mentorship Program brings together professionals from across the industry to build meaningful connections, share experiences, and support career growth.
Whether you are looking to grow, give back, or expand your network, this program is designed to create lasting impact for both mentors and mentees.
Who Should Participate
Mentees: Looking to grow in your career, gain industry insight, and build connections.
Mentors: Experienced professionals interested in giving back and supporting the next generation of the asphalt workforce.
Program Snapshot
- Duration: September 2026 – May 2027 (8 months)
- Application Window: August (open for 3 weeks)
- Participation: 100 Total (50 mentors / 50 mentees)
- Time Commitment: ~1-2 hour(s)/month recommended
- Format: One-on-one mentorship with optional resources and guidance
2026 Program Timeline
- August 1, 2026: Application opens at 12:00 am ET.
- August 22, 2026: Applications Close at 11:59 pm ET.
- September 15, 2026: Acceptance status and pairing notifications sent to Menors/Mentees.
- September 2026: Introduction to Mentorship Program Webinar (this will be recorded and shared)
- September 15, 2026 - May 15, 2027: Active mentorship period.
- October 31, 2026: Deadline for repairing requests (in case Mentor/Mentee cannot participate)
- May 15, 2027: Program concludes; post-program survey deployed.
