Women of Asphalt Event Policy

Event Registration and Payment

  • All registrations must be completed through the Women of Asphalt website.

  • Full payment is required at the time of registration, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be received in writing at least 14 days prior to the event to receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations received within 14 days of the event will be refunded 50% of the registration fee.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event or for no-shows.

Event Transfers

  • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual within your organization. Please notify us in advance with the transfer details.

Event Changes

  • Women of Asphalt reserves the right to modify event details, including date, time, and location, in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

  • In case of event cancellation by Women of Asphalt, registrants will receive a full refund.

Code of Conduct

  • All attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all Women of Asphalt events.

  • Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.
