Event Registration and Payment

All registrations must be completed through the Women of Asphalt website.

Full payment is required at the time of registration, unless otherwise specified.
Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be received in writing at least 14 days prior to the event to receive a full refund.

Cancellations received within 14 days of the event will be refunded 50% of the registration fee.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event or for no-shows.
Event Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual within your organization. Please notify us in advance with the transfer details.
Event Changes

Women of Asphalt reserves the right to modify event details, including date, time, and location, in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

In case of event cancellation by Women of Asphalt, registrants will receive a full refund.
Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all Women of Asphalt events.

Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.
