The Women of Asphalt x Caterpillar Paving Operations Scholarship provides WofA members with a fully funded opportunity to attend Caterpillar's renowned Paving Operations Training in Tinaja, Arizona. This immersive, hands-on program is designed to build technical knowledge, confidence, and leadership while preparing participants for long-term success in the asphalt industry.
Thanks to Caterpillar's continued partnership, scholarship recipients receive a comprehensive training experience valued at more than $6,000 per recipient including tuition, travel, lodging, and meals.
