Awareness Committee - meets monthly to coordinate efforts around promoting the visibility of Women of Asphalt in the industry. Key programs under this pillar include external marketing pieces, such as 22 in 2022 spotlight and national partners.

Knowledge Committee - meets bi-monthly to develop and promote educational content and professional development opportunities for members. Key programs under the pillar are Lead & Inspire Webinar series and Women of Asphalt Day.

Community Committee - meets bi-monthly to foster connection and support among members. Key programs under this pillar are the mentorship program and providing branch support.
