Join Women of Asphalt and the Asphalt Institute for the inaugural Inside the Mix: Understanding Asphalt Materials, taking place December 9 -10, 2026, in Lexington, Kentucky. 

As the first offering of this program, participants will have a unique opportunity to learn directly from Asphalt Institute experts in a small-group, highly interactive environment. 

Designed for engineers, quality and laboratory professionals, asphalt producers, contractors, project managers, suppliers, and emerging industry professionals, this hands-on program provides a practical introduction to the materials, testing methods, and performance factors that influence pavement performance.

Through classroom instruction, laboratory demonstrations, and discussions with industry experts, participants will explore asphalt binders, emulsions, aggregates, mixtures, and performance testing while gaining a stronger understanding of how material decisions impact real-world results.
