National Women of Asphalt Appoints Jennifer Breuer to National Board of Directors

Fleming Island, FL – April 1, 2026 National Women of Asphalt (WofA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jennifer Breuer, Vice President of Quality & Materials at Superior Bowen, to its National Board of Directors.

Jennifer brings decades of experience in materials, quality, and innovation within the asphalt industry. As Vice President of Quality & Materials at Superior Bowen, she leads the company’s materials division, including asphalt plant manufacturing and quality control. She is actively engaged in advancing materials and technology through national research and industry initiatives, including leadership roles with NAPA and the Transportation Research Board.
